Owner & General Manager – Anchor Auto Sales
With over 20 years of experience in the automotive retail industry, Jeff Karnes brings a deep passion for helping people and a wealth of industry knowledge to Anchor Auto Sales. His background includes working in both new and used car dealerships, as well as with Cox Automotive and Manheim, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the car business from the ground up.
A Columbia, KY native, Jeff was born and raised right here in the area. His heart has always been for the community, and now he’s combining that heart with his expertise by opening Anchor Auto Sales to provide reliable, clean-title vehicles and financing for everyone, including those with credit challenges.
Jeff is married to Kim Coomer Karnes, owner of Wood N Bloom Florist & Home in Columbia. He’s a proud husband, father, and grandfather, with two children — Katie Everidge and Jamison Karnes — and three wonderful grandchildren. When he’s not at the dealership, you can find Jeff on the golf course, enjoying family time, or soaking in the sun at his favorite beach getaway.
In addition to his automotive background, Jeff has also served in Christian ministry for over two decades and has faithfully pastored at Coffey’s Chapel Community Church in Eli for the past 8 years.
